Java Republic is an independent, Irish-owned business that has been serving premium coffee and tea for 20 years. We roast all of our own coffee in our carbon-neutral roastery in Dublin. Our mission is to delight coffee and tea lovers everywhere by delivering the best coffee and tea experience on the planet. Our Roastery Coffee House offers an attractive café-dining experience with a menu that includes a variety of homemade soups, sandwiches, salads, hot meals, and sweet treats. We are proud to support Irish-grown and locally sourced products, and we take pride in the quality of our products and our passion for what we do. Our carbon-neutral roastery also serves as our company headquarters and brand house, and The Roastery Coffee House is open to the public Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.
