Baba Java Coffee is a specialty roaster and cafe in Hoover, AL, dedicated to providing Birmingham and the southeast with freshly roasted specialty coffee and a great cafe experience. They strive for excellence in every aspect, from roasting to brewing to the customer experience, and aim to bridge the gap between the farmer and the consumer while fostering relationships that build healthy communities. They feature coffees from great growing regions and are the only place in town serving coffee from Yemen.
