707 Deer Processing

Roper and his partner are excited to announce the opening of 707 Deer Processing in September. They have experimented with dry-aging over 150 deer carcasses and found that it eliminates the strong wild game taste, resulting in the best-tasting meat. They have served it at numerous events and received positive feedback from friends and family. The basic processing package is $95.00, and they are looking forward to providing a convenient facility for hunters to process their harvests. They will be working side by side and are eager to see old friends and make new relationships. The facility will be open from early morning until late at night to accommodate drop-off of deer for processing. The business is located just 100 yards North of Socastee High School on Hwy 707, making it the first and only professional full-service deer processing facility on the Grand Strand.
