Jenny Bennett is a Hypnobabies hypnosis for birth instructor and hypno-doula in Sterling, Va. She has been teaching classes since 2012 and attending births since 2013. Jenny is also a doula educator with Doula Trainings International, leading training groups online and in person. She is passionate about helping pregnant individuals learn about birthing and postpartum processes and supporting them through these experiences. Jenny is dedicated to helping other childbirth professionals find solid footing for this work through doula and childbirth educator trainings.
