Inner Elements is a professional studio offering equipment-based Pilates, Gyrotonic, and Yoga in private, duet, and group settings. In addition to their wellness services such as Acupuncture, Craniosacral, Reiki, Clinical Massage, Thai Massage, and Coaching, they also serve as a PMA Pilates Teacher Training facility. Inner Elements offers a variety of classes and workshops, including Pilates Mat and Reformer, Yoga, Gyrotonic, Massage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki. They are a licensed Teacher Training facility for the PhysicalMind Institute New York and the Pilates Method Alliance, providing private instruction in Pilates & Gyrotonic, daily Pilates Equipment classes, and massage therapy.
