Founded in 1992 by twin brothers Paul and Scott Jacob, Jacob's Java is Spokane's first drive-thru espresso stand. The brothers quit their jobs and college to pursue their vision of bringing drive-thru coffee to Spokane. Now with five stands and a sixth in the works, Jacob's Java serves some of the finest coffee around, made from their own coffee roasting company, Gemelli Coffee Roastery.
