Ruby Vineyard

Ruby Vineyard, located in the heart of the Chehalem Mountains, offers old vine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay at their welcoming tasting room, open daily from 11 am-5 pm by appointment only. Their distinctive wines, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Rose' of Pinot Gris, are hand made in small lots and available exclusively at the vineyard & winery. Visitors can also become a member of the wine club for complimentary tastings, special events, limited wine access, and discounts. The vineyard is conveniently located near Portland, Hillsboro, and Newberg, offering a peaceful escape from the busy Highway 99W traffic. The beautiful new tasting room, opened in September 2016, provides stunning views of Mt. Hood. With vines planted in 1973 and 1979, Ruby Vineyard boasts some of the oldest in Washington County. As part of the Chehalem Mountains AVA, their wines are made with a light touch to represent the unique terroir and microclimate of the area, including the rare Laurelwood soil. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely afternoon with a bottle of wine on the deck or outdoor tables, taking in the picturesque views of Mt. Hood, the vineyard, and surrounding hills.
